Blue Heron Organic Farm

Restaurants

Dear Chefs,

I started Blue Heron Organic Farm in 2001, when I was 25 years old, and have loved working with chefs over the years. These relationships have deepened my understanding and passion for what we grow.

Since the beginning we have delivered our produce to local restaurants and shops such as Hamersley’s Bistro, Rialto, and many others.

From May-October I call the chefs on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3pm to place an order for the following day. I deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays by noon, having picked the produce fresh that morning.

If you would like to meet at your restaurant before the season starts to discuss varieties and quantities please call me anytime to set up a time.

Thank you for your interest in local, organic produce and I look forward to working with you this season,

Ellery Kimball, 781-254-3727
